Shipping
  • Some product is shipped directly from our Ridgefield CT facility.
  • Many of our products will be drop shipped. These are subject to the supplier's shipping procedures and policies.
  • All shipping is done through USPS unless otherwise noted on the product.
  • Currently, we can only ship within the U.S. unless otherwise noted on the product.
  • Shipping costs will vary by product, method, and in some cases destination.
  • Shipping charges are by weight unless otherwise noted.
  • There is a minimum $1 shipping & handling charge, plus insurance or delivery confirmation added to all orders. The charges may increase for multiple product orders and/or larger and/or heavier products.
  • For products that are not insured, you may request insurance.
If you are outside of the U.S. email us and we'll see if we can work it out. We will be shipping to military and internationally within a few months of full launch.

Split Shipping
  • If you have an order that contains both locally shipped and drop shipped products, you will receive your order in separate shipments. They may arrive at different times and possibly through different carriers.


Returns
  • Drop shipped products are subject to the manufacturer or distributor's return policies, not ours.
  • Products can only be returned for an exchange.
  • Contact us before returning any products and receive an RMA. No returns will be accepted without an RMA.
  • Electrical items cannot be returned UNLESS we shipped the wrong part and the packaging has not been opened.
  • Unless otherwise noted, products may be returned for a 100% exchange within 14 days of purchase IF the packaging has not been opened. If the packaging has been opened, there will be a 20% restocking fee.
  • Products that have been installed cannot be returned.
  • Any damage to products after we package it is the responsibility of the carrier. All of our products are insured or have delivery confirmation.
